love that this is a family owned business, and really appreciate the follow-up emails for orders, as well as the attention to detail on the little notes inside the orders (noticing if you tipped, if it's a repeat order, etc). makes it feel super personal and sweet :) i hope you guys save up for a really cool vacation! thanks for helping the planet every day :)

beautiful AND genuinely plastic-free
Zero Waste Outlet sells beautiful AND genuinely plastic-free products! Even their ship packaging had zero plastic. (The only exception is the nylon bristles of their toothbrushes.) Happy to have found this resource!!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I had two packages that were supposed to arrive but were lost in the mail, one from zero waste outlet and one other package. I checked with my neighbors and couldn’t find them, so I emailed zero waste outlet and they took care of me. :) Also, I love the products and I’m glad to finally be able to buy some daily essentials without all the plastic packaging!
