I ordered 5 pairs on 19th May and was told 2-5 days. Its 2nd June and no sunglasses received. Sent 2 emails, no response. Not even acknowledgement. But they keep sending me mails on new deals. Shameful.

This company will send you tracking numbers without a product. It's on its way. They will have you waiting for absolutely Nothing. Save your time and money and visit a real store.

I ordered here a month ago thinking I would have another great service but I was the exact opposite. To begin I bought 4 sunglasses and they all said they where in stock then I received an email saying its been shipped then 10 days later when they should have been at my house they email me saying one of my sunglasses where sold out and I needed to either email them which one I wanted or give me a partial refund. Are you kidding me I should be getting a full refund because I have yet to see one of my sunglasses appear on my font door.

Do not buy from them. I ordered two shades almost over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. The package arrived in Oslo, but them was SENT BACK to LA. wth? Jusy do yourself a favor and dont buy from ZeroUV. Oh, annd costumer service? = BAD. Utterly BAD.

I wish I could have given ZERO stars! This company is criminal ! Don’t do any business with them ! I placed my order on the 10th of May and still have not receive it!!!! I contacted customer service on numerous occasions and they responded once after 4 days with the generic email that had no update not apologise. They need to be reported to trading standards for the criminal behaviour!

Certainly my worst online purchase to date. I ordered two glasses, one came the model I ordered with terrible quality and crooked the other came another horrible model that was not what I ordered. very dissatisfied

Ordered a pair of retro sunglasses on November 29 and paid thru pay pal. No confirmation email. I've called and left a message to no avail. Have tried e-mailing....still no response. It's only $10 but it's the principal. Do the right thong
