I've been wearing two of their watches for a while now and overall the experience has been excellent. The design punches well above the price point — clean, considered, and genuinely wearable. But what really sets Zeph apart is how they handle things when something goes wrong. One of my two watches arrived with a defect. I reached out, and within less than a day they had confirmed the issue and shipped a replacement — no back-and-forth, no hoops to jump through, just a straightforward fix at no extra cost. That kind of response is rare at any price level. The team is approachable and communicative throughout, which makes a real difference. Shipping does take longer than you might expect, so factor that in — but given the quality of the product and the confidence that comes with knowing they'll stand behind it, it's a wait worth making. Genuinely recommend them.
