Doesn’t work and expensive
I spent over RM3,000 on the ZENSO diet program and followed all the instructions consistently for two months, including regular gym workouts. Unfortunately, my results were minimal — I only lost 2kg and about 3cm around my waist in total. In my experience, this did not work well for someone going through early premenopausal symptoms, which may affect results. I also felt disappointed because the salesperson was very convincing and shared success stories from other clients that raised my expectations. I know of at least one other person who had a similar experience, so it may not be an isolated case. I fell for the sales lady and the nicely packaged products — but for the price, I expected much better results. Especially since I followed all the instructions.
