Warning: ZENE Bricks is cancelling orders and accusing buyers by association (Unprofessional CS) Hey everyone, I wanted to share an incredibly frustrating experience I just had with ZENE Bricks to warn anyone else buying custom power/motor kits from them. I am a completely independent buyer in Australia and recently tried to order a high-performance motor from their website. Apparently, a neighbour of mine recently had a dispute/refund with them. Because my shipping address was nearby, ZENE Bricks' automated fraud system flagged my order. Instead of handling it professionally or asking for ID verification, they instantly cancelled and refunded my order, claiming it was "out of stock" with a shrug emoji (🥴). When I pressed them on the timeline for a restock, the representative cracked and admitted the real reason, texting me: *"Considering the high after-sales cost of your friend, we may not be able to provide the service."* They then immediately tried to pull me off the official web platform onto WeChat to continue the conversation where it couldn't be monitored. I have zero affiliation with my neighbour's order history or their past disputes. It is incredibly unprofessional for a "trusted" niche brand to blacklist an entire geographic area and flat-out accuse innocent, paying customers of fraud based purely on proximity. I sent a formal warning to their support desk giving them 48 hours to clarify this bias, and they have completely ghosted me. Just a heads-up for anyone looking at their kits—if your neighbours have ever had a customer service issue with them, ZENE Bricks will happily refuse your business and call you a scammer.
