I have been using it for video creation and have satisfied so far. I will admit, some of models are overpriced in credits. But they're also not always the nest results. Example, one of the highest priced models that makes the longest video (at time of posting) changes the faces and that isn't worth the cost. Otherwise, I've had good results from some of the 10 second models. I do feel when it fails it should have an option for you to recover your credits. Perhaps if you delete the images or video from your gallery without downloading.
