The bracelet didn’t live up to my expectations. In fact, I would like to return it for a refund. Also, I found it very hard to put on.

Wasn’t given the opportunity to use the 10 percent coupon and was told to get a refund and reorder it . Also I do not think the bracket picture reflects what I truly received. So I don’t not think I will be ordering any other items !!!!

In my reply to your email dated July 25, I asked if you would like a refund or store credit equivalent to that 10% off discount, not that you have to reorder it. I have not received my package. It is clearly lost in the mail as we are on day 11 of it showing that it’s in transit and hasn’t moved from Memphis which always gets delivered to me in TN the next day. That part is not the companies fault. What the problem is, is I reached out by email to your company and a gentleman named Phillip told me to give it another day or two and I’ve now emailed back twice after more than a day or two and have gotten no response from anyone.
