I thought that I might be having an issue with delivery of my weighted vest and reached out to Customer Service via email and received a very fast response from Annie assuring me that my vest was just going through hubs and that I shouldn’t worry. I did get it that same day and I love it! I have absolutely no complaints about the product or the Customer Service.

Awful experience and good luck returning the product. They only want to offer 20% of the refund amount then after disputing it they moved it up to 60% if i dont return the product, keep in mind i dont have the option to return until they accept my return. Then today they are threatening not to give back anything unless i give them a 5 Star review and change what i put in its getting ridiculous at this point i dont even want this product just want my refund to avoid ever buying anything from them again.
