It was a great purchasing experience and I've immediately put on my new space shoes!

Got excited about this new collab with Sean Wotherspoon! My daughter and I purchased the Sean Double U Mule—mine in black and hers in white. After a few days of use, the shoes are amazingly comfortable, but I was very disappointed to see discoloration or fading around the collar. That’s not okay for such an awesome-looking pair of shoes.

I think Aurea has gorgeous looking. Heelcup has stick out from heel. It's good design for looking. But bad for durability. It's okay if this is average shoes. But it's 3d printed. Because of that stick out, heelcup and heel hasn't combined well.

Update: After my initial review, Zellerfeld reached out and offered a solution that could really turn things around. I might receive a new pair within 2–3 weeks, which I truly appreciate. That said, communication still feels a bit clunky and unclear at times—hence the 4 stars. But once you’re in touch, they do seem willing to help. Zellerfeld, you’re on the right track. Keep it up—I’m hopeful for a good outcome.

Got 2 right feet upon receiving pair. Support helped me out tho and got me a replacement pair right quick. Would recommend as shoes look so dope; shipping time does take a lil while tho…

I love my pair. It did take 30 days, but I guess that's still the fastest you can get a custom fitted pair. I had one issue, but the team solved it quickly. Can't wait to get my second pair!
