Highly recommend Zara, I only recently found her and thought I’d try a cleanse as I had been feeling very stressed and drained of late. The day she did so I felt lighter and more calm, but didn’t realise it was from her cleanse until the evening after she had already done it and I finally got around to checking my emails. Apparently there’s more to come from it and I’m looking forward to see what happens. Thanks Zara 💕

Oh I love this so much 🥺 the fact that you felt lighter and calmer before you even knew the cleanse had happened... that's honestly the best kind of confirmation. When the body feels it before the mind catches up, that's how I know the energy actually moved. And yes there's definitely more still unfolding, cleanses keep working in the days after, so just keep noticing how you feel.
