Hello Mark, Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed review! We are absolutely thrilled that we could help make the launch of your new CrossFit gym a success and relieve the feeling of being overwhelmed. It's fantastic to hear that our comprehensive approach—from the outdoor banner and window decals to your website and social media ads—met all your needs. We are especially grateful for your shout-outs to Mike and Chloe. We've made sure to share your kind words with them; knowing they provided patient guidance and built a site that drives sign-ups is the highest praise they can receive. We're so proud of our entire team for helping you launch successfully. We are truly grateful to have been your partner in this exciting venture and look forward to supporting your gym's growth in the future. Thanks, The Zap Team

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this detailed and helpful review. We are truly delighted to hear that you are happy with the illuminated sign and website – we loved bringing your vision to life and are thrilled to hear it's become a local landmark! We also sincerely appreciate you highlighting the area where we can improve. Your feedback regarding email response times during the design phase is incredibly valuable, and we apologize for any frustration this caused. We are already implementing new processes to ensure our communication is as prompt and consistent as the quality of our work. It was a pleasure working with you, and we are so grateful for your kind words about our team's talent and creativity. We hope to have the opportunity to partner with you again on future projects. Best, The Zap Team
