Long term ZappySys customer.
I've been a ZappySys customer for over 10 years, through multiple jobs. They've got a great product, it's the swiss army knife of SSIS productivity plugins. I came for the Upsert merge component and stayed for the variety of other tools in the toolbox. We recently had a licensing renewal kerfluffle and Spencer went above and beyond and had been reaching out proactively to try to keep problems from occurring. If you've only got budget for one SSIS productivity tool, that tool should be ZappySys.

Great experience
Worked with Hardik Shah to authenticate and call web API using ZappySys SSIS tasks. Helped me with a lot patience and enthusiasm to resolve some issues to extract the data. I really appreciate it. Thanks to ZappySys and Hardik.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Support Team
I am a new user in SSIS/ZappysSys and using it to integrate the data from APIs into database tables. It's very easy to use, fast and highly efficient. It saves a lot of time and effort needed for the Integration without the need for writing complex codes. Excellent Product! The Customer Support team is outstanding. I got a swift response. I had an issue with Parameter Passing and Hardik Shah resolved the issue. Hardik Shah is an expert - very knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy to implement automation.
We are still in early adoption of SSIS and ZappySys. But we have been able to implement automation of tasks that were previously done manually or not at all. Also been able to automate some data extracts that were previously done very inefficiently within our ERP system. Using SSIS/ZappySys results in a much faster and easier to maintain solution. Today I needed help with SSIS variable manipulation. Hardik identified the error and provided the correction I needed.
