All around amazing product
All around amazing product. From the design process to unpacking, absolutely stellar. I had an issue regarding the remote control for the battery pack, but Andy (Customer Service) was really helpful and sent pictures referencing it. Unfortunately I think I accidentally threw it away while doing a bunch unpacking in the office where the sign is currently on display. Obviously not your fault, but Andy and Zanvis team helpful and communicative which I felt was still important to highlight. P.S. Sorry for ghosting you Andy. As you maybe able to tell from our email exchange I’ve been doing a lot of unboxing, organizing, and cleaning up of spaces and communication channels and may have deleted your email. I double checked the office and couldn’t find the remote.
