From beginning to the end of the transaction. Communication was on point. The product turned out beautiful. For some reason the remotes battery case had been broken. I sent an email and received a replace remote in 2 days. I would totally recommend this company for signs. Thanks Guys!

Nicely built Neon sign, I just hope it last since I noticed that the remote module gets really hot.
Response from Zanvis LLC (zanvis.com)Aug 7, 2026
Regarding the remote module: while a little warmth during operation can happen, it shouldn't be getting uncomfortably hot. Please DM us your Order ID or reach out directly to [email protected]—we’d love to inspect your power setup🔌✨

***UPDATE 09-06-2026*** I was unplugging the cord to move it to another outlet and the prongs came out of the plug and stayed on the receptacle. Will update again after speaking with them about this. Still really love the looks of the sign. This is an easy fix but we will see how it’s handled. This company knocked it out of the park. My neon turned out so good! I thought it was gonna be cool but it’s next level cool. The quality is great, the craftsmanship is great and I believe the value is there also. I was hesitant about ordering because of the price but after receiving it, definitely worth the price. If you’re on the fence about getting don’t wait, just purchase on. You want regret it!

We know taking the leap on custom signage can be nerve-wracking, but we're beyond hyped that the craftsmanship and quality proved every penny worth it. Thanks for the epic shoutout! 📸🔮
