My sales rep, Daisy, put me onto a great deal and the mock up and communication sold me. The sign arrived in a huge flat box- make sure you have it delivered to where it will be hung. However, my sign arrived slightly damaged on the corner and that corner includes one mounting eyelet. The box did not show signs of damage, but the sign was nonetheless. I am working with the company now to resolve before I hang up the sign. Be advised- the box has a sticker on one side that says to video record the opening and contents. Why wouldn't there be the same sticker on both sides? And a note on the confirmation email stating the same would also help since I laid the box down to open it- very easy to miss a sticker since it wasn't on both sides. Not the company's fault as the sign looks kickass. I would like a resolution on the delivery damage though.

First off, we are so glad the sign itself looks kickass. Regarding the corner damage, thank you for working with our support team to get it sorted out right away. We also genuinely appreciate your constructive feedback on the unboxing sticker placement and confirmation emails; that is super helpful input, and we are already updating our packaging protocols to put warning stickers on multiple sides so future customers don't miss them. We'll make sure your sign is 100% perfect in no time!
