Exceeded My Expectations!!😍💕
I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company!🙌🏼 I received a custom neon sign as a birthday gift for my business, & they brought my vision to life perfectly using my exact logo. The color is incredibly vibrant & I love the included remote with adjustable brightness + different light effects. It completely transformed my space!!😍 Unfortunately, we ran into an issue during installation that was completely on our end. I reached out, explained exactly what happened & the care their team showed genuinely exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly understanding, accommodating, & helpful throughout the entire process & went above & beyond even when they weren’t obligated to. Between the beautiful quality of the sign & the exceptional customer service, I would 1000/10 recommend✅ Thank you for helping make an already special birthday gift even more meaningful!!💕✨
