I was feeling like I was at the lowest…
I was feeling like I was at the lowest point of my life. Brain fog, fatigue, and just generally not wanting to get out of bed. I saw this ad on FB, of all places, so I thought, why not? I will try anything at this point, and I am so glad I did. I am on my second bottle and will not go without this product. I no longer have the brain fog, my hair is no longer falling out, and I wake up feeling great.

I had an issue with shipping on an order. I emailed customer service and received a prompt email back. Michael was very helpful! Professional and very kind! He gave me options right away to resolve the issue and took immediate actions to have this resolved for me. Very impressed with this company’s customer support! Something many companies lack these days!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong quantity…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong quantity and I emailed them. I got an email response within the hour! Unheard of! Michael was very helpful and I was able to to cancel and place a new order. I haven't tried the product yet, but the customer service gets a "10" out of "10"

This is so worth it
This is so worth it! It took a couple of months for me to feel the full effect, so don't give up! Before I started on Recovery Foundation I found myself feeling either emotionally numb or just plain down. Now I feel like myself again and not like the world had lost its color. I highly recommend this product.

I had to put my subscription on hold…
I had to put my subscription on hold due to illness and Michael in customer service was incredible. They answered my email in minutes. I didn't even get the chance to start using the product yet. Michael made sure my concerns were all taken care of ( I have a shellfish allergy and wanted to make sure that none of the ingredients were derived from shellfish) and even offered to cancel my order until I was well enough to continue. Fabulous customer service. Thank you Michael.

I received an order..promptly..after…
I received an order..promptly..after ordering. Life interfered and I didn't start taking the supplement for about 2 weeks. I received a notification of next supply to be shipped..I canceled as I was unsure if I wanted to continue. Of note....this stuff works as described!!! Secondly of note, Michael who has been in contact with me regarding cancelation (he was VERY professional) is a superb customer service rep. I'm going to continue with this product. It's wonderful!
