Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I couldn’t use the product due to negative interactions with other products I use so I emailed customer service and the very next day they responded and processed the refund. And jt was a Sunday. So go ahead and try ot to see if it works for you! No risk!

Shipment issue quickly resolved!
I reached out to Zafira customer support because I had a shipment issue (ordered two bottles, received one…package appeared to have been tampered with, and I provided a photo). I didn’t expect an immediate reply because I sent my inquiry on a Sunday; however, I received a reply from Michael within minutes, who quickly and cheerfully resolved my issue by initiating shipment of a replacement bottle. Thank you, Michael!

This is a stand up company with amazing…
This is a stand up company with amazing customer service. Due to my gastric bypass this product caused my pouch discomfort, so I reached out for a refund. My email was responded to the same day by Michael, who promptly started the refund and cancelled any future shipments. His kindness and caring in his response was amazing, and no one should hesitate ordering from this company, because they truly care about their customers. Happy With Product and Service!
I have been taking this for a few months now and I’ve definitely noticed an impact on the afternoon fatigue I was feeling. I’m taking a GLP-1 and was concerned that I was just going to have to live with the energy dip, but this has given me hope. When I accidentally over ordered, Michael was quick to help me pause my subscription so I wasn’t stockpiling product.
