YummieReviews of yummie.com

I am 65, in pretty good shape. Usually wear a small 5'8 and 135. Bought 5 pieces to try for the first time. So 2 smalls and 3 medium. The smalls I couldn't even get up over my legs and butt. The mediums I could get on and there was loose material, however it was like a major workout trying to maneuver these up over my legs and up over my butt, such a big challenge for trying to put a piece of clothing on, ridiculous! The company makes a very difficult for returns. Also they wanted to deduct from the refund! Amazon here I come, Amazon has the best policies with returns and exchanges for any inferior product or if you just don't like something. Amazon makes it easy and you can do it right online, yummie you must print out a label and then get money taken from you, that's a bunch of crap!

I ordered some things from Yummie and need to return or exchange them. I can NOT get in touch with them by phone or through their website. The Returns page says, "We're currently unable to accept returns from your country. Please contact our support team to complete your return." When I click the various links, nothing happens.

I ordered 4 pair of leggings and the company only sent me 2 and has failed to remedy this situation. Overpriced for what you get…

The one garment that is my style has a design defect but the customer service was surprisingly great. I hope they improve their inventory, their prices are great.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of Yummie garments. The fabric is thin, see-through, and has an unpleasant odor, while the sizing runs absurdly small—more suited for a child than an adult. The fit is unflattering and far from the promised compression. To make matters worse, their return process is unnecessarily difficult, making it challenging to get a full refund. Customer service rep has dismissive and argumentative attitude. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Yummie and will be sticking to reputable brands for compression wear moving forward.

I purchased 6 of these in December 2023. "Non-Shaping Camisole - Seamless - Black / L". After just ONE washing the straps TORE IN HALF! I called Yummie without resolve so I had to open a claim with PayPal. These should have been removed from Yummie inventory, but Yummie KNOWINGLY continued to sell this POORLY MADE camisole. Due to this horrible experience I do not recommend, nor will ever buy from this company (Yummie) again. Avoid at all cost!

Desperate customer service, they have stolen from me, I returned an item and they said they could not refund me, fair enough but I have asked them to post the item I paid for back to me and they ignored all my emails and don't have a phone number to contact them on, don't purchase from this company ever, I have purchased many items from many companies and never ever had an issue such as this

1 star is even too much. I bought the tong size M/L I'm a uk 12/14 . Size very small from crouch to tummy definitely not seamless. Not as advertised. I spent €60 on 3 pairs no returns available 👎. Terrible customer service definitely dont reccomend this company.
