Dear Captain Faded Thank you for reviewing us. It is great to read that you find our services extremely good, and we’re happy that they have helped grow your channel very quickly. This is what our services are all about! On the other hand, we are also disappointed that you’ve rated us 3 stars only. Maybe the reason is misaligned expectations? We do believe that our offer to free users is very attractive, as free users can grow their channels for free for as long as they wish. Also, even though, in case of excess demand, paying users do get served faster. So, just to be as clear as possible, we find it fair that paying users get something extra. After all it is their contributions that make it possible for us to offer our services to all. Without them, the platform simply wouldn’t exist.

As a service, we show you how many views we’ve delivered while your campaign is Live in the system. This number is for your information only, and we continue to deliver views, no matter how many it takes, until you have as requested on YouTube. Campaign speed always depends on campaign settings, whether the campaign is prioritized or not, and of course demand vs supply. We therefore strongly encourage you to open a support ticket, pointing to your specific campaign, to get our advice for how to improve. We aim to be transparent, and show average delivery times on our site, across the latest campaigns completed. These averages of course vary from time to time, and from campaign to campaign, but hopefully they at least give our users an idea of what to expect. Thank you. Best Patrick YTMonster Staff
