Lately we have experienced heavily increasing demand for our services, and in particular for subscribers. This causes more campaigns than normal to be prioritized which further delays non-prioritized campaigns. You will, however, receive all as requested before your campaign completes, although it will take longer if non-prioritized. Users subscribing can (unfortunately) also choose to unsubscribe again, which makes completion time vary quite a bit from campaign to campaign. During campaign delivery, we continuously monitor whether users are still subscribing, and will continue delivering until you have all subscribers requested on YouTube. If users unsubscribe after your campaign is completed, we will of course compensate you, so in the end you will never pay for subscribers you do not get. 😊

Dear Christian, We are truly sorry to read about your experience, which is not what our users should generally expect. That said, getting views, subscribers, likes, or comments for free, can mean extended delivery times for free users (such as yourself) during peak demand from our paying users. Completion Times are generally determined by your campaign settings, the number of active campaigns vs. the number of users exchanging, and whether campaigns are prioritized or not. As you’ve most likely experienced, and although we do our best to avoid it, temporary imbalances between demand and supply can, however, occur. Lately, we have experienced heavily increasing demand for our services, calling for more fundamental changes to ensure a continuous high-speed equilibrium between demand and supply. We are therefore happy to announce, that we expect to release an update early this year, not only significantly improving our service offerings, but also aiming at ensuring continuous exchanges by an even larger pool of our users. But, as it appears from your review that you are an experienced user, we tend to believe that this is not the case here. This, of course, makes us even more curious about investigating what has happened. Hi there I'm truly sorry for this happening. I've taken a look at it and it seems as if there were some tickets closed in error. We are always more than happy to help users with cancelling should they need help with doing so. As PayPal is our payment provider, all cancellations are made on their website, and cannot be done on our website. Hi there, I'm very sorry to learn that you are dissatisfied with our practices. Since our major update in October 2018, we've been actively working towards phasing out Price Surges. You can read our blog post regarding the initiatives we've taken here: https://www.ytmonster.net/blog/phasing-out-price-surges For example, we reduced the surge to 1x on all credits earned and purchased after our update. Furthermore, we reduced the surge from 3x to 1.9x on tokens (old credits). For subscribers, comments, and likes we reduced the surge from 6.0x to 3.0x - a 50% reduction. Our ultimate goal is to get rid of the Price Surges permanently, but this will take time. As for the Verification System, it sends all of the views and then verifies for 24 hours. After the 24 hours has passed it will send the remainder of the views, and then verify again. This process will repeat until you have received all of your views. This process can be sped up with the correct settings such as a good view length. None of our reviews is fake and has all been placed by real users of our platform.
