I filled out the yourtexasbenifits form to receive assistance, spoke to two hhc wonderful ladies, Julie for my interview, and Mia to complete the process. Very affirmative and made time for me to get all the required documents I needed. Very much appreciated their time and attention to my case.

The website is considered easy to use yet keeps kicking you out after a certain amount of time. Had to file my paperwork 3 different times, that's not fun.

The live agents aren’t never no help, every time I need something done, I have to contact the complaint office or a supervisor. The live agents always have the same answer, “ I don’t have an answer for you right now or you can call us back tomorrow”. They literally tell me they can see the documents that I upload in their system, but yet they never have an answer. The only reason why I’m giving them a two star it’s because they are usually friendly.

For the last 2 months I've been trying to do the renewal for my son's medicaid and I keep getting a different error code each time. I call 2-1-1 to report it and the representative asks me if I want a paper renewal for mailed to me. I say no, I'm calling to report the error codes. I guess it's gotten so numerous that now they just tell me the site is being worked on and won't even report the error codes any more.
