been abroad for a while and needed to get my state tax situation sorted. they made it really easy to do no complaints yet

Left New York during COVID, been working remote from my parents place back in the UK since 2022 but never officially changed my residency. Was still paying state taxes on everything the whole time. Googled how to change my state from New York and Yourtaxbase came up. They got me sorted in about 2 weeks.

I'll be honest, I was really nervous about this whole thing. I'm not a tax person at all and the idea of changing my state residency felt like something I could easily mess up. I almost backed out twice before actually going through with it.
