Terrible Company
Terrible Copany. After I ordered the product, I found out I was allergic to one of the ingredients in their product and it was too late to cancel. I contacted the company when I received the product and told them the situation and asked for a full refund. None of the product had been opened. These are their responses, and the last one was the last straw! Comment: I need to return the product. I am allergic to one of the ingredients and didn't know it. Please tell me how to return the product and get a refund. Thank you, May 28, 2025, 1:57 PM (4 days ago) to me I'm sorry to hear about your reaction. As per our policy, we're unable to offer a full refund on opened products. However, we can offer a 10% refund, and you may keep the item—no need to return it.
