Lack of teller training cost me $16,100.
On September 21/2020 I went into the Premier Bank branch on Allentown Rd. Lima Ohio and requested all electronic banking transfers in my accounts be stopped. Because I did not say the exact words of, stop all of my online banking, the teller did not stop any transactions. Then a scammer got into my accounts and the lack of the tellers training cost me and my family $16100.
