Just to clarify — our brand is Youngspeeds (with an “s”), and we are not affiliated with “Young Speed.” Sadly, this seems to be part of an ongoing scam, and we’ve had many similar reports. We’ve contacted USPS multiple times, but it’s tough since the scammers use a name that’s just slightly different. We really appreciate your understanding — and hope your package turns out to be something legit! Unfortunately, this is clearly a scam, and we’ve been made aware of an increasing number of similar cases. Our official brand name is Youngspeeds (all one word), not “Young Speed.” We’ve been getting more and more emails from people asking why their packages haven’t arrived — when in fact, they never placed an order with us. We’ve filed multiple complaints and requests for help with USPS, but since the scammers are not using our exact name, it’s been very difficult to get a proper response. They’ve cleverly altered the name just enough to create confusion while avoiding accountability. If this situation continues, we may even need to consider rebranding entirely — it’s incredibly frustrating. 😞 Thank you again for your message. Please note, our official brand name is “Youngspeeds” with an “s” at the end, not “Youngspeed”. Unfortunately, some scammers misuse similar names to confuse customers. If you do receive a suspicious package you didn’t order, we recommend not opening it, and reporting it to your local postal service or relevant authorities. Rest assured, it did not come from us. Thanks to helpful folks like you, we've discovered that these fake "Youngspeed" packages are being sent from all sorts of places—EAST ROCKAWAY, NY, MOUNT PROSPECT, IL, Franklin, IL and even Los Angeles.
