A little long a expected more money

Service was good, Staf pleasent to work with. Would have liked more regular updates. Sometimes it felt like I was forgotten.

They took care of us from from day 1 after the accident always started every email with how Nathan was doing. Really cared and that made the difference. Worked hard to get our bills paid and a settlement.

Took a long time for the initial person on my case to gather all of my medical bills and the case switched between two people, but once it got to the lawyer he was at tentative and answered my questions and explained things in an understandable way. The person helping him Mr. Grayson, was also very prompt and helpful. Wish it hadn’t taken two and a half years to settle, but I guess that’s how these things go especially with COVID-19 included.
