The communication in the beginning, it was not clear it took a long time to get back

Saiontz and Kirk are very professional lawyers who took my case seriously and made sure everything was handled properly.

I would have given 5 stars, but it wasn't clear that the limit for liability is $100,000. It would have been nice to know that upfront. Staff was always available via email, lawyer was clear and answered all questions very thoroughly. They conducted three phone contacts with us. They don't take in person office visits.

I had a good experience. Everyone treated me well and kept me informed. The process seemed long though. It took almost a year to resolve.

Sending over documents, talking to consultants and lawyers was kind of tedious, but overall not bad. My main issue was waiting almost 2 years to get a settlement, but in the end it was worth it.
