This company is a scam. I ordered two bottles of Yellowstone toasted barrel on August 5th. Not only have I not received my bourbon, the company does not have a legitimate phone number to call customer service. Perhaps it's shame on me for not checking all of this out, however I want everyone to know what wants to purchase from this site that its a scam. I will reverse the charges with American Express tomorrow.

Don’t purchase anything , it’s a scam! I ordered whiskey as a gift , they create a label provide tracking but never ship the bottle. They sent me a screenshot saying it shipped I called UPS nothing received for delivery!! Youbooze asked me to wait until Monday giving them more time to scam more people ! I wish I had looked these scammers up before I paid . I have filed a claim with my bank . Please do yourself a favor Don’t Do It!!! .. adding an update after filing a claim with PayPal the item was eventually delivered. Would not recommend this company and will not purchase from them again .

One star only because I can't leave negative stars. Placed an order at the end of May for a very expensive bottle of tequila as a retirement gift. Paid for expedited shipping so that it would be delivered in time. Delivery date was June 2. Bottle never arrived,. Emailed customer service, attempted to call but no valid phone number, never got any communication from You Booze. Filed a dispute with my bank as a fraudulent/scam charge. A month later, July 3, the bottle finally shows up at the delivery address. My opinion, they decided to ship it only after the bank investigation threatened to require a refund. We should be reimbursed for the shipping at the very least. If I wanted the bottle shipped on the Pony Express I would have paid the lowest shipping cost possible. I needed it there on June 2, not July 3. Not the way to run a company. Very unprofessional. Will never do business with them again. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.
