Never fulfilled my order. Eventually refunded going on close to a year later.

STILL WAITING FOR MY PURCHASE

placed my order back in April & every time I got an update of my product I ordered it kept being pushed out after I was told there would be a new date it would be shipped to me was not happy and cant trust this place to put a pre order as they do not update you unless you reach out to them Also I had paid an extra $21 for shipping that was not refunded to me which I find crappy

Placed the order on the 23rd of May. It is the 2nd of June and the item has not shipped. The site is NOT clear that it is merely a third party shipping agent who has to get the item delivered from another vendor. Had I known that this was going to be such an ordeal for a gift that is now grossly late, I would have never ordered from this company. Don’t do it, they make excuses, apologize and do NOTHiNG to make it right… just get the gift to the recipient in days not weeks… it isn’t that difficult. I should have and could have done a better job going to the store and packaging myself. There are multiple companies who know how to do this timely… you booze is NOT one of them. Do NoT waste your money with this joke of a company!

It has taken over 3 weeeks for the 1 bottle to be shipped and another week for it to arrive after that. 4 weeks for a single bottle to be delivered is ridiculous. I do not recommend using this company.

Order platform sucks

Terrible company. Never even shipped something that I specifically requested for a date I was having a party.

Good Day to All: Product was ordered April 19, 2024..... after many calls to follow up on the arrival.... product did not ARRIVE until May 6, 2024 This was unacceptable when replies from calls was that it would arrive quickly. May 6 is not quickly when I was informed by UPS that product was not received for them to ship until May 1. At this time, I request that I receive full credit for shipping costs. This delivery was noted to be received prior to a May 3 date for Derby Weekend. please reply....thank you
