I ordered 6 days ago and the purchase still does not show as shipped.

You are a fraud! You never delivered the purchased items. I had the credit card company pursue you!!!!

I didn’t receive the merchandise, but I was charged.

I give it a 1 star because they did assign my order an order # immediately. I noticed they charged my card immediately as well. I’ve sent 3 emails (1 requesting response, 2 demanding response/explanation) and received NO reply. Ultimately disputed their charge to my card after 15 days, no tracking, no info at all except an order#. I’ve used other online liquor stores with great success. Sadly, I found who NOT to use now.

This is LITERALLY a scam company they even sent empty boxes after I did a chargeback because they didn’t send a package after a month like that’s crazy

It has been two weeks since I placed a large order, no shipping notice or response to emails or phone calls. This appears to be a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Lies about shipping, sends wrong product, won't answer phone and rarely responds to email if at all.

I will NEVER buy from them again. I ordered from them once before and they were fine but this experience was ridiculous. There is little to no communication, I reached out because it had been a week since I ordered and had NO updates, I was then told one of the items I ordered was not at the warehouse yet. Another week went by and I requested ti cancel my order because I heard nothing. They asked me if I wanted a partial refund and they'd ship my other items. I told them no that I wanted a full refund. The next day I got a shipment notification and no communication at all after that. I placed my order on June 11th 2024 and I did not receive it until July 11th 2024.
