Never shipped my order and when I reached out to inquire I never heard back nor did I hear back when I canceled the order. I ultimately had to reverse the order/charge on my credit card.

Never recieved my order no response to phone calls and emails

Listed the liquor I purchased as in stock, charged my card right away. After a couple weeks of no shipping # I messaged to ask about it and they said they were still trying to procure it. I asked for a refund and they just stopped responding at that point. Convinced this is a total scam.

Said they would refund me after never shipping my $1000+ purchase and never did

I ordered a 6 pack of Buffalo trace around Aug 4th. The site said in stock. I emailed them 2 times asking for an update with no reply. Around Aug 15th I got an email saying that my order has shipped and is on the way. It said my order would arrive on Aug 19th. That came and went with no delivery. Checked the status again on 21st and it said that only part of my delivery is ready and that it in fact hasn't shipped lol. I've sent 4 emails and recieved ZERO from them. Please don't waste your time with these people. They are very unreliable and unprofessional.

terrible service never recived my order called Mr. Tony Ballo of You Booze left 4 messages never got a call back no e mails nothng !! Poor service took the money out of my account immediately never shipped my order as far as I know very very poor service.

For several weeks, I was unable to get an update regarding the status of my order and when it would be delivered. When I called the customer service number it always went to voice message, and when I left a voice message, I never received a call back re status of my order. Customer service WAS TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUBOOZE.

Half my $195 order came and they show it all as delivered. I’ve written to them several times with no response. I even paid $6.99 for shipping insurance and the link doesn’t work. UPS closed my complaint because they show the package as delivered. A package was delivered. It had half my order in it. Do not buy anything from YouBooze
