I ordered a bottle of SirDavis whiskey, with some type of shipping protection warranty. The entire cost was $108. I never received the purchase confirmation email as was mentioned. I let a week pass, but nothing changed to the status of my order when I checked on Shop. I then checked in the You Booze site, and it claimed that my item was a preorder item, and would not be available for shipment until October. When I purchased it, the site did not state any of that. I have attempted to reach out to the Shop support team (going around in circles) & the You Booze support team, with 0 communication in return. I checked the status of my order earlier, and still the same as last month. Live and learn, right?

I ordered several months ago and still haven’t received my order. I received an email a week ago saying my order has been shipped and UPS says they still haven’t received the order yet.

I STILL have not received my order which I placed months ago. If I receive it soon, I will be more than happy to give a much better rating.

I placed a 187. dollar order 3 bottle of blackberry crown royal and glasses and as of today October 1st still have not received my order. I have for an update at least 3 times and I hear nothing back.

Would give zero if I could. Bought product. They never shipped. All they did was create a label.
