You couldn’t deliver my order in a reasonable time frame

I put in an order for a bourbon package back in Aug and still have not received any of the order as of Nov. When I kept checking on the order status online it would show that it isn’t fulfilled. When I tried to call or email to check on status with an actual person, no one ever was available or contacted me back. I finally, told my credit card this must be a scam and they said they would take care of it and credit back my account.

Took my money but never shipped my order. Customer service chat bot said they would email me with a response but never did. Horrible experience overall.

Never got my order and after emailing them didn’t get a response.

You are the worst example of a great business. I ordered over a month again and have never received my order. I never had any communication from you since I placed my order, therefore I had no choice but to cancel and stop payment to you. Your place of business is a scam.

Never received anything from them after ordering. Had to go through a PayPal dispute to get my money refunded. Horrible company!

Ordered 3 bottles in early September. On September 10, I received notice that my delivery was out for shipment. I met my UPS driver in the driveway, and suddenly he, for some reason could not find the box. I then got a notice from UPS that the package was being returned to sender. I immediately called Youbooze as well as sent an email with details of the strange tracking. I have sent numerous emails, and left numerous voicemails for “Tony” who has not once picked up the phone any of the 35 or more times I have called since September. Even if this wasn’t the fault of you booze, and a shipping error by UPS, I never received my product, I never received a refund, and I have never received any information regarding my order Despite numerous attempts to contact the company. I have now had to start a fraud investigation with my credit card company. I would absolutely stay away from this company as they clearly are not legitimate based upon my customer experience.

What a bunch of con artists. Order went in Aug 4. No product ever delivered. No calls from them, no emails to advise of a delay. Nothing. Don't order anything from them. You will not get your products.
