After I placed the order I realized I put the wrong shipping address. I contacted you immediately to cancel and got an email back that it would be taken care of. Next email I got was a notice of shipment

Negligence/Fraud?
I placed an order a long time ago, and still have not received it. I sent an email through the company’s website, and no response to that either.

Make label - how about sending the product?
No easy way to contact youbooze. Package label made for UPS and not updates. Over 3 weeks to get any word. Delivery dates shown by youbooze not shown by UPS. Worst adult beverage company delivery service I have used this one and only time. Fully expect I will need to send a claim in. Total BS.

Good luck getting your order
3 day lead time turned into a month and only 1/2 my order is in transit. Who knows when the other bottle will show up. The order tracking with Shop was useless. You should not show something in stock when you clearly don’t have it. 1 star is generous, you suck and I will not be back.

I have not received my order for 3…
I have not received my order for 3 weeks. I received no communication from them.I called there customer service line multiple times and the mailbox was full. I emailed cs and no response. I had my cc company refund my payment, Stay away!
