Ordered over three months ago and still have not received my product! Called for a refund and they say it supposedly shipped but ups has not received it yet. I will NEVER order from there again.

Do not order from this company. Ordered 3 bottles of Buffalo Trace in early September. They immediately charged my credit card. Have not received coming up on 4 months. Have asked for refund or equal value. No response as of 12/27.BUYER BEWARE😭

Delayed and unresponsive. Never received product or response. It’s either a company that’s horribly managed and near complete failure or it’s a scam. AVOID! Zero stars.

I ordered a $900 case of wine on December 13; as of December 26 it has not arrived. I called customer service and could only receive voicemail. Then I checked the reviews. I then contacted my credit card and canceled the order.

I wish I read their reviews. I ordered the 10 year bullet Bourban, received the 6 year bullet bourban. $13 and change difference. They don’t return calls or emails. Takes your money and does what they want. Please. Do yourself a favor. Do not order from them.

Ordered over 500.00 of Tequila for a Client Gift for Christmas. Delivery was scheduled For Friday December 6th 2024.... its now December 20 and I am still waiting on delivery OR a call back OR a response to my e-mail inquiries on status of the order. I wish I had read all these reviews prior to placing the order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible. No communication, no product, no responses to multiple inquiries, and finally had to cancel payment via my credit card. A complete waste of time and effort.
