No delivery. This place sucks, website is old technology. They advised that they were out of stock a couple of weeks after initial order. Need to show items that are in stock, or, have a back order button.

Terrible customer service -- one bottle in my order arrived leaking, and I have been promised a replacement or refund for the 6 months and counting now. At this point, they have just stopped replying to my inquiries. Avoid this business at all costs... I don't know how the owner(s) sleep at night.

I would strongly advise in NOT ordering anything from this site. I placed an order on February 28, 2025, today is May 26 and I have never received my order or my refund that I have asked for repeatedly. I pretty much get the same emails worded differently. There customer support phone number goes to a recorded line where you leave a voicemail and never hear back. Like I said, I would advise on not using this site.

buyer beware youbooze is a scam i posted this review a week ago i have returned to the chat everyday asking for help. no response totally unprofesonal .. i have called and left messages and received no response. class action law suit heading there way. i am getting my attorney involved. if you have had a similar experience call me and i will connect you to my attorney . 727-422-3152 i was looking for filthy cherries and discoverd them on you booze under mixers.the image displayed was a 45 oz can , it was just what i wanted. I am a purchasing director for a restaurant chain in florida, i know a good deal when i see it. i baught 72 units and would have bought more if i could. thankfully i didn't. first problem . i receive a message from you booze telling me my $1200 order arrived . I was at the address at the time and no delivery. i started a chat and received a response that they were not available.so i call them ,right to voice mail.after trying repeatly to contact them i get a phone call from a ladie that assures me my order is on the way it it will be a couple of weeks. ok no problem. after waiting 3 weeks to get it. what arrives is 72 11 oz jars. i am upset to say the least.right now i am in my second week of nonstop phone calls and chats with not 1 response. youbooze is a scam. i went back to the web site and looked at the the filthy cherries again. this time instead of clicking buy know , i open the item and it presented the same way as before no discription ,just a picture of a 45 oz can ,with the cart to the right of image and buy with shop pretty normal. there was no indication that a discription of the product was available, until i scrolled down to see a lame ass discription saying that the filthy black cherries were an 8 oz jar. why the F would you display a 45 oz can to sell a 8 oz jar? to scam buyer beware ALSO THEY ARE ON THE WEST COAST ,IF YOUR ON THE EAST COAST PLAN ON BEING FRUSTRATED

I placed an order over 6 months ago and still have not received the product. They tell me it is a "fulfillment" issue. They are clearly selling merchandise that they don't even have in stock.

Fake site, takes your money and doesn't ship. Phony computer email responses. Going through my bank and disputing, still no refund yet. Stay away!

Just deliver the items I ordered and I will give you a better review I ordered them
