Horrible customer service, over two months to receive my package.

I still do not have the product I ordered almost 2 months ago.

This website is a fraud! They take your money and never send the product and don’t respond to your inquiries. Stay away!!!

Scam. Never responded to my email. Never received my order.

Terrible customer service. Messaged three different times with zero response.

You booze..com/U booze store is a rip off, I use them to buy some some booze, it’s now been three months and I haven’t heard a single thing from them. They have ghosted me and I believe this organization to be fraud, my recommendation is to stay far away from them and go to other sites that are much more reliable.

Placed an order and for weeks did not receive. I kept receiving emails that my order was being processed but never shipped. After a month ask for the order to be canceled and my credit card refunded. They said they would but after multiple requests still did not refund. I had to dispute through my credit card company to get my money refunded. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

My first order was great. Shipped within a couple days of placing my order. Of course my second order was larger. Now it's been almost 4 weeks with no shipping information. Emails are responded to with what appears to be automated responses. Phone calls do directly to voice mail with no response. I will NOT be ordering again. This was a very expensive lesson learned.
