Ordered my wife's birthday present un early March, still no present. Emailed many times and asked for refund, every time it's been already shipped. How's this place still in business?

Ordered on April 8, today is April 20, no news on order status or order received. Not happy.

This company is a scam. I put in an order 3 months ago and never received it. I have reached out numerous times and always get some excuse about them handling a large quantity of orders and having issues with fulfillment. I offered to switch to a different selection, or even get a refund. They refused because they have my order listed as fulfilled which it has not been. They have never sent me anything and it's becoming clear they never will.

Order #YB-45358 placed March 19, 2026. As of April 18: - No tracking number - No proof of shipment - No delivery - No response The company provided multiple conflicting explanations (“fulfilled,” “under review,” “in transfer between carriers”) but never produced any verifiable shipping information. After more than 30 days, this has been escalated as a non-delivery issue. I am proceeding with a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, including the California Attorney General and FTC. Consumers should proceed with caution.

Please see my earlier post about this "company". Also, notice that there are positive reviews posted after my post. If you notice though, all the reviewers have a history of only posting positive reviews. For a better understanding of why you should avoid this business, look them up through the BBB. Better yet, try calling their "Support" line... Good luck! This was the tip off that they're a shady operation.

Placed order on 2/11/26. No tracking was ever received. Reached out multiple times and got the run around that they were having issues with their shipping company. Order was never received and disputed the charges on my card.

Zero communication. I have yet to receive half my order.

I believe the website is a scam and fraud. I placed an order back in February and have received a few "we're working on it" emails. Eventually I have requested a refund and they never acknowledge the request. The phone number is fake too. Don't ever give them a dime. I will report credit card fraud.
