I ordered 200 dollars worth of alcohol from You Booze and never received a thing. The worst part wasn’t even the missing order – it was the awful “support” experience. Every time I reached out, I got the runaround, vague excuses, and no real help or resolution. They were quick to take my money and completely uninterested in fixing their mistake. No accountability, no transparency, and no urgency to make it right. At this point, I consider this company completely untrustworthy. I will never order from You Booze again and strongly warn others to stay away. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money with a business that actually delivers what you pay for and respects its customers.

Wait one month and sent wrong bottle of wisky

Ordered Col. E.H. Taylor / Buffalo Trace bundle on May 17 2026. I have received nothing yet. Disappointing. What is the hold up?

Took a lot longer than was originally told. Then received the order and the bottle was broken and glass everywhere.

I put my order in last month and it is not here yet. I am in Ohio. Mt order is stuck in Wyoming.

Placed order 20 days ago and it still isn't here yet. Enough said!

2 different orders - a month later no product. This site a scam

NEVER AGAIN! horrible customer service, they NEVER answered any of my emails or phone calls and NEVER got my package. I had to call my bank to do a refund because this company takes your money and ignores you.
