My DR recommended this to check my husbands sperm as we have been trying to get pregnant for about 15 months now. I initially was really excited to get some insight into what might the issue. However I cannot recommend this product. I have not been able to get past the QC portion. I keep getting an error stating "unable to test" I really am unable to understand what the issue is. The device is connected, the test slide looks to be correct but every time I try to test I am told "unable to test" I have even tried to run the test on my husband's phone but I keep getting the same error. I mean even if my husband doesn't have a viable sperm count i think i should still be able to get past the quality control point. I am decent at following instructions so I really do not think its something that I have done incorrectly. I have used 2 of my tests now and I terrified to try the last one. I have reached out to yosperm support but the response I received was to do everything that I have already done because of course since my first step was to check the FAQ page. *Close all other apps. *Ensure the Wi-Fi is on. *Keep the phone close to the YO device. *DO NOT go into the iPhone settings to try to connect to Wi-Fi, unless explicitly requested to do so in the app. *Open the app, begin "Start Testing", and let the app run its course. *CHOOSE CELLULAR, and ignore KEEP TRYING WI-FI. Your phone thinks the YO device provides Internet over Wi-Fi, but the YO cube is just using Wi-Fi to transfer data to the phone. I have requested that the company send a new device as I think mine may be defective. I cannot in good faith recommend this product if the company cannot make things right when the product doesn't work. I will be more than happy to update my review if I receive a refund or a new device. Its really disappointing and its not a cheap device.
