Hi, we understand your concern regarding the order status. However, we would like to clarify that our support team has already responded to your issue through live chat before, so this was not left without any reply. The overall YooBox shipping process usually takes 2–6 weeks. A Pending status means your shipping request has been created and is still in the processing queue. It does not mean the order has been ignored. Before cards are shipped, they must go through inventory confirmation, quality check, and packaging, and higher-value cards may sometimes require additional processing time. You can also check real-time shipping status updates under Menu > Redeem. Once the status changes to Shipped, tracking information will be provided there. If you would like us to further check the current progress, please send your YooBox account email or order number to [email protected] , and our team will continue following up for you.

Hello, we reviewed your account based on the situation you described. During this period, you also received some higher-value cards. However, instead of choosing shipping, you used Quick Sell and the value was credited to your Main Balance, which was then used to continue opening boxes. For this reason, the content of your review does not accurately reflect your account activity. That said, we are still willing to listen to your genuine feedback and understand your experience. We would also like to clarify that our platform operates based on randomized outcomes and uses a hash-based algorithm. Every box opening is determined by a provably fair system, and all possible drops together with their corresponding odds are displayed in advance. The results cannot be manually changed or influenced.

We want to state clearly: YooBox operates on a Provably Fair system where all box outcomes are generated and cryptographically locked at the moment of opening. No individual or platform entity can alter, influence, or manipulate results afterward. This mechanism is built on encrypted seeds and mathematical verification, allowing every opening to be independently validated as genuine, transparent, and tamper-proof. The animation is purely visual and does not affect the outcome. Fairness and transparency are core principles of our platform, and we operate strictly under these standards.

Hi,Gamers Eye candy This review is factually incorrect and misrepresents our service. The customer’s confirmed deposits total $1,085, not “several thousand dollars,” and they received multiple digital pulls, including many high-value cards. They also chose to recycle items for continued unboxing instead of requesting shipping. Our standard fulfillment timeline is 3–4 weeks, with a maximum of 8 weeks in exceptional cases, which is clearly disclosed. The account was only temporarily restricted during an audited rollback/reconciliation process related to abnormal activity, and the customer was notified by email immediately at the time of the restriction. The account has since been restored. Any balance change followed audited ledger reconciliation, and the customer accepted a resolution/compensation. We are a legally registered company and our information is public and transparent. YooBox Support Team
