Very disappointing experience at yogurtland arvada, colorado branch. especially since we came here to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday. When we walked in, the employees were sitting at a table chatting with each other. One said “welcome,” but they continued talking and no one asked if we needed help. After getting our ice cream, my 3 year old saw the peanut M&M’s at the toppings station and took one with her hand. I completely understand that you cannot touch the toppings, and her father was ALREADY explaining that to her. Instead of letting him handle it, an employee came over and started lecturing my daughter in a very rude and unnecessary tone. She then grabbed the M&M container and threw a large amount of them in the trash right in front of us. I understand the food-safety issue. My problem was the way she spoke to a THREE YEAR OLD whose parent was already correcting her. I didn’t argue or make a scene because it was my daughter’s birthday. I simply got her ice cream, sat down, and tried to enjoy her special day. There is a respectful way to handle situations like this, especially when dealing with small children. Unfortunately, this employee’s attitude turned what should have been a sweet birthday experience into a very disappointing one

In my experience, the staff at Yogurtland are often unpleasant. Today at Melrose, we asked for an extra spoon, and the staff began laughing and told us it would cost R1 for the extra spoon. They continued laughing, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, I have also experienced unfriendly service at the Sandton branch. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, and this has not been my experience.

My yogurt had a terrible after taste. Not only that but my toppings were stale and I almost choked!! Then upon leaving, the floors were mopped without a caution wet sign I slipped and almost busted my tail! Infront of me and my grandbabies they told me it was my fault. Safe to say I won't be spending another dollar at 'Yogurtland.' Pathetic excuse for yogurt.

I’ve had VERY FINE experiences each time I’ve visited. The location I visit is self service so you can get it how you like it and the staff at the”Winterwood” location in Las Vegas are all very friendly with no attitude issues. Keep it up.

Loads of toppings available but so sad that they don't allow self-serving and the staff serving us was rude and didn't seem to want to be working there at all. So I can't leave good feedback. So many better options out there with friendly and great customer service.
