I ordered 2 DVDs and had go through various hoops yo get the checkout. Within the free trial period I logged in to cancel my subscription to the inner circle, but guess what, I couldn't and couldn't see any active subscription. I emailed support and advised that I wanted to cancel and was not authorising any payments to them. They cancelled my inner circle subscription but guess what, there was still an active subscription which they subsequently charged me for, which I'm not getting a refund for because I didn't read the email properly. I buy alot of stuff online and services, but I've never found a service that's so difficult to cancel, where you can't cancel through logging in and self serving. Its poor and gives a sketchy feel.

The exercise is only as effective if you actually commit yourself to it, like any other exercise routine. The resistance band however is of VERY POOR QUALITY. They look and feel nice at first, but after a few times using it, the band started to show small marks. And if you try to stretch you band on those marks, your band will break, like it did on me while I was using it. If you already ordered one, and it is too late to cancel your order, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR BANDS AS SOON AS YOU GET IT. Return it ASAP if you see even a small imperfection or mark. I have other resistance bands that I have been using prior to this purchase that are still in good quality. I’m posting this review so everyone is aware that this company didn't spend their money on high quality exercise material. I mean, how much does a dvd cost? You don’t even need it as they can also send you the link to the exercise program via email. But atleast make that $60 worthwhile! You are better off searching YouTube for effective routines and buying bands from your local fitness store, or even winners, walmart, or amazon. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR GOOD MARKETING STRATEGY.

This is a scam. I purchased a one off purchase from them received nothing, not even a receipt. Now they have taken 3 more payments that I have not authorised. It would appear that once they have your details they just keep taking the money!!!!! AVOID at any costs!!!!

Do not put your credit card number in this site unless you KNOW what you want to buy. I was looking at several options NEVER confirmed purchase. Decided to think about it. I got chargdc over $400 called and cancelled within minutes. Now four days later charges are still on my account and they shipped part of the order. Called again I have to return the order now to get the refund. BEWARE

This company says that they will give you a full refund and they lie. They are unprofessional ! I ordered the trim core challenge used it for about 2 weeks and wound up with a severe knee injury. I had pain out of nowhere and then wound up on crutches only to find out I needed to have my knee drained. When I let them know what happened they said sorry we can't refund you. They're despicable.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would. First of all, I have done yoga before, I was going fairly regularly to supplement my 6 days/week kickboxing until I injured my shoulder. She goes entirely too fast for beginners, for people who are out of shape, and she doesn't go step-by-step, at all. She skips things, like straighten up, or bend and she doesn't talk you through good positioning, either. Don't waste your money. I wish I could get mine back.

First of all I’ll start with she blocked me on Facebook, because I tried to expose her lies In the comments about her new sleep supplement “Renew“ She already didn’t like me, after we had disagreement through a messenger about her recommending people taking 10 mg of melatonin. Yes the bottle says recommend to take 4 pills. And then someone posted asking her if It’s all natural. Her answer was YES! It’s all natural and FDA approved without side effects. Two of these statements were absolutely wrong. First of all Melatonin is not approved by the FDA for any use. It falls under the FDA's Dietary Health and Education Act as a dietary supplement. Nor any other ingredients in her “Renew” supplement. Second of all every single supplement on earth may and do have side effects. I wish I could upload the picture of our conversation. I took screenshots of everything. I’ll make sure to make a video and send it to all health bloggers and even report it to the FDA.
