Easiest digital signage to learn and implement

In our business we have both office & warehouse staff. Yodeck is great to get the information out to employees who work in different areas, & different shifts. This way all the office announcements are broadcast on the Yodeck player to all to keep informed no matter where they are working from.

Yodeck has helped get our digital display signage project off the ground quickly and their dashboard is easy to use.

I use Yodeck weekly to communicate important safety topics to our production teams. Yodeck makes it easy to upload and manage playlists which are completely customizable to your needs. I definitely recommend giving Yodeck a try.

We have been using yodeck for one year and everything is awesome. It has all the features needed for the work we need. We can easily post everything we need to address our employee without printing anything.

We are able to display company announcements quickly, easily, documents of many formats (PDF's, Word, PowerPoint, images, videos, amongst others). Runs on a Raspberry Pi, so the Pi can be repurposed if a new model is needed or if you choose to no longer use the service. I've seen other businesses using other solutions and it seems their service is nearly always down, but ours are always on. There are apps available, too, like a news feed which helps engagement and grab people's attention to look at the screens, like in a waiting room or an employee lunch room. It's not perfect, but pretty close to it!

We have used yodeck at our company for several years and LOVE it. They keep making it better with more widgets, and apps. I love how you can make any and all updates from your computer without going to where the device is. Customer service is top notch too!!

Yodeck is a major upgrade from our last digital signage solution. Along with customization at every level (content schedules, playlists, layouts for every screen, etc.) I can see how some low-tech users could find it confusing. But compared to what we had before, the user experience is above and beyond. The automation possibilities are great. I was able to provide one of my teammates a link to a folder in OneDrive and all she has to do is save images there for them to appear on screen. Apps like that are game changers and enable me to use the tool while getting support from others who don't even need to log in. It is also more reasonably priced than other services. All tech leaves a little to be desired, but I'm really happy with everything they have built in. Some of my favorite apps are the LinkedIn, SharePoint News, and the Google Map showing traffic around our office. Very happy!
