Absolutely awful! I was sent the wrong car mats and paid over a hundred dollars. Have tried multiple times and they won’t respond! Buyers beware!

I bought forks for my tractor. The package arrived late and looks as though it had been through a war. The bolts which mount the forks to the tractor were missing. I called to get replacement bolts and all I have received are several BOT messages saying the part is out of stock and here is $35 to find them locally. The forks I ordered are in stock so why cant they take the bolts off one of them and ship it to me? It appears that this is nothing more than a distribution center for Chinese crap with no customer service. STAY AWAY

Placed an order for floor mats on 4/15/22. The order was "cancelled by sender" on 4/16/22. No explanation was given for the cancellation. Sent a request for explanation on 4/18/22. Will update this review when/if I receive a reply.

Purchased a light bar for a Jeep Wranger great price but you get what you pay for started flickering in less than 3 months. I purchased through Amazon but was outside the return window but they advised me the product was still under warranty though the manufacturer. I contacted them. They wanted screenshots of my Amazon order claimed they couldn't find it sent video of the faulty product they kept sending me back to Amazon they did not stand my their warranty or their product. Told me my screen shots were USLESS!! Finally Amazon did a 1 time courtesy and refunded me my money will purchase from someone else. Will not deal with this company ever again. I asked them to call me several times but they would only email me. Cowards!!

headlights are poor quality, I regret buying from yitamotors.com people stay away from this company.

What's going on with my package I ordered Sunday November 14th 2021 you told me it will come in by Wednesday now Thursday looked up order today and said it won't arrive till Sunday the latest Monday

I got a set of headlights for my 06 silverado. The U led in the bottom headlights only lights up in 2 spots. Told the seller I bought them from. They sent me a whole new set and guess what same spots won't light up. Two different sets same exact problem. Spend your money elsewhere.

Purchased two 52"curved Led light bars. The Led bulbs are burning out. Now need 40 Led bulbs. Yita Motor does not have replacement bulbs or parts.This was an expensive install on my boat.
