I am truly very satisfied with my experience with YesGK. Their customer service is incredible: they respond to questions quickly and are always available to help. The figures arrive carefully packed and well-protected, which is very reassuring when ordering collectible items. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and place great importance on the quality of their service. I recommend YesGK 100% to all collectors! I will definitely order from them again without hesitation. 👌🔥

Awesome First Time Buyer Experience
They were very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The first time buyer guide was quite helpful and they explained my options thoroughly. The resin statue I ordered arrived carefully packaged and had no breaks. 5/5 would recommend to buy from, and if I ever purchase another GK statue, I'll be sure to check here.

Hi UwU Powice, Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re really glad the first-time buyer guide was helpful and that your statue arrived safe and sound. Resin pieces can be fragile, so careful packaging is something we take care with. We hope you enjoy it, and we’d be happy to help whenever you’re looking for your next GK statue! — YesGK Team

Terrible website and payment
1 star because I don't know how to give 0. I've been trying to buy a gift for my brother and at first it was cancelled because they only take paypal. This time it was cancelled because I don't know why. I'm still going to try and buy the item again because he wanted it for his birthday and I love the man, but I ******* hate this website and company for being so utterly incompetent.
Response from YesGKOct 24, 2026
Hi Ryan, We’re sorry, both for what happened and for taking so long to reply. Having your order cancelled twice, the second time with no explanation, while trying to get a birthday gift for your brother is genuinely frustrating, and you deserved a clear answer at the time. We haven’t been able to locate your orders from your review alone. If you’re willing, please email us at [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and roughly when you placed the orders. We’ll look into what caused the cancellations and get back to you directly. — YesGK Team

Excellent Experience
Reached out to them them about buying a figure that was sold out everywhere else I looked. They did some looking around and found one in their warehouse, and they offered me multiple different shipping options. It arrived today and is exactly what I was looking for. The terms outlined on their website were clear and easy to follow, and their communication was prompt and courteous through email. Will buy from them again.

Hi Andy, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and sorry for the late reply! We’re so glad we could track down that figure for you when it was sold out elsewhere, and that it arrived exactly as you hoped. We look forward to helping you find your next piece! — YesGK Team

Purchased a Reze statue from them
Purchased a Reze statue from them. There was some delays on the sea shipping given the time frame I ordered it which was near the Chinese New Year it is understandable. Item arrived in good shape, would buy from them again.

False advertising
They lied about the cost of the item on their website. After I placed the order they emailed me telling me to pay an additional $260. That's false advertising and clearly a scam.
Response from YesGKOct 24, 2026
Hi, We’re sorry about this experience, and for not responding sooner. Being asked to pay more after placing an order is not what anyone expects, and we understand why it felt misleading. We’d like to understand what happened with your order. If you’re willing, please email us at [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and roughly when you placed the order, and we’ll look into it. — YesGK Team
