YBY Boxes USAReviews of ybyboxes.com

Friendly, great, and quick service through the entire process! I had originally ordered from another company, but the order got lost, and I only had three and half weeks before the event I needed boxes for. I found YBY Boxes - they were less than 24 hours to respond to my form quote query on their website, and from there it took less than 48 hours to have a finalized mock-up of my design. My order arrived about 2 to 2.5 weeks later. I was able to get a replacement for my lost items here faster than my original order from the other company would have arrived up! Anna was lovely to work with.

Sam was very helpful and guided me through the process. This is one of the very few companies I could find that would print spot UV on the mailer box and it came out beautifully. The boxes were shipped out quickly and received in good condition. I'm so happy with how these came out that I'll be ordering another order soon. Thanks YBY!

Sam was very helpful with helping me find the right box for my needs. The design was great and delivery was swift. Will definitely be using YBY Boxes in the future.

Sam, goes above and beyond I would contact his for any of your packing needs. First order being place and are more than happy to be working with him. Luke

Boxes were produced quickly, and they turned out great. Solid, quality printing. One of the colors was slightly off, but that's what you can get without physical proofs. Will be corrected next run. Overall, very happy with the boxes, the quality, and customer service.

As a junior graphic designer who was looking for a box vendor for a presentation, YBY Boxes helped me a lot in terms of being able to smoothly navigate the box-making process. David, in particular, was very considerate of my time and requests to create a box that matched my vision for my project. With David's guidance, I was able to figure out what were the best materials (especially paper stock) to use to make a sturdy, good-looking box with a lid. Due to my inexperience with requesting a quote, it took some time talking and emailing to David for my designs to reach the final product. Fortunately, the mockups that he presented to me looked great and I approved the design as a result. In the end, the boxes have been delivered in a safe and timely manner. They also look amazing and well-done. The boxes arrived unfolded, but there was some tape (on the inside box flaps) on there that helped me easily fold them into a box lid and a box base. Overall, I had a really great experience with YBY Boxes! Thank you very, very much for all the help and guidance with requesting a quote and creating/manufacturing the box! :)

YBY Boxes has been tried and true that I have ordered multiple box types across our products for our brand. They instantly enhanced the aesthetic of our brand and had quick shipping with quality service!

I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service I received from Anna throughout the entire process of purchasing the candy bar boxes for our Biker Bar coffee/chocolate bar. From the initial pricing to the box design revisions, on through to fulfillment of our order, Anna was thorough, courteous & professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend her or use YBY boxes for future orders.
