Hello Crissy, My name is Yaya and I am the owner and founder of Yaya Holistic. I see that you emailed us a medical related question on Friday November 5, 2021 at 3:36pm. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner as our turn around time for emails is between 3-7 business days as stated on our ‘contact us’ page. I noticed that this Trust Pilot was posted on Tuesday November 9, 2021 which is just 4 days after your initial email. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days and your email was, in fact, still in cue to be answered as it had only been 2 business days since your inquiry. Unfortunately, there are laws in place that restrict holistic practitioners like myself from answering medical related questions such as yours. Therefore, I cannot answer any medical related questions and I would encourage you to ask your doctor or local pharmacist. Our Terms and Conditions state that we do not answer any medical questions. While shopping our website the buyer is required to check a box which agrees to our Terms and Conditions and Policies before they are able to checkout. I see that you gave your consent to our Terms and Conditions during your checkout on October 31, 2021. I will send you a follow up email with our Terms and Conditions and Policies for your record keeping. Please note that we also have a Disclaimer on our homepage as well as on all Product Labels stating that the “buyer must consult with a medical professional before consuming any of our products”. I wish that I can provide better answers to you, but unfortunately I must abide by the laws and my own policies. I am sorry if you felt ignored, but I can assure you that you were not ignored and that you were in cue to be answered. There is also a ‘live-chat’ function on our website which comes directly to me, and I would have been happy to answer this question a lot sooner had you utilized this service. Please note that we have an 800 number which can be found on our homepage and on our ‘contact us’ page. This number is for you to call if you need an immediate response. Sadly, I did not receive a call from you either. After further investigation, I see that your order was placed on October 31, 2021 during our Halloween sale for 31% off, and it was delivered promptly on November 4, 2021 just 3 days after you placed your order. That is amazing service ! After considering our Terms and Conditions, our speedy delivery, and our amazing promotional sale, then sadly - I would have to very respectfully disagree with your 2 star rating. I hope that I was thorough in providing the facts, and I would like to encourage you to reconsider your 2 star review as it seems to be a simple misunderstanding. Please note that I am a one man show and not a major corporation, therefore my resources and ability to respond any faster is limited.
