Bought this thing for the first time. Pathetic taste, the bottom of cup was empty and it was all FULL OF SUGAR - 76%!!! And WHY the heck is this product So popular in the market?? It tastes like $2 icee, the price is STUPIDLY jacked UP and the whole thing is a RIP OFF!! Moreover, it’s all full of Fat - 30%!!! Come on! I will NEVER buy this stupid product again!!

I have been eating their frozen yogurt bars for approximately 5 years. 3 of the last 4 boxes the product has shrunk inside the wrapper by 2 to 3 inches. I called customer service and they absolutely tortured me with asking me many many questions and at the end they wanted my email address and for me to take a photo of the product so they can see. The customer service representative had a foreign accent so that was annoying as well as trying to comply with his many questions. They call this customer service!! Not so. I will be returning the product to the super market and not purchasing their product in the future. Train your personnel to be more pro active to the consumer!!
